Subsription FAQs

AVCLabs PhotoPro AI is based on a subscription service and automatic renewal. Once you subscribe to the 1-Month plan or 1-Year plan, it will automatically renew on the scheduled renewal date. You can choose to cancel the auto-renewal subscription at any time.

1. What is the refund policy?

AVCLabs PhotoPro AI offers a money-back guarantee on all subscription plans: a 5-day money-back guarantee on 1-Month and 1-Year subscriptions, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on lifetime plan.

The refund guarantee takes effect from the date of payment. Once the applicable refund period has passed, your payment will not be refunded. Please refer to our refund policy for detailed information.

2. How to cancel the auto-renewal?

The auto-renewal mode on AVCLabs PhotoPro AI is enabled by default. To avoid auto-renewal charges, please cancel your subscription in time before the renewal date. You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time. There are two ways to cancel auto-renewal:

Method 1: After successful payment, you will receive an email containing licence code and a link to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription. The link is located at the bottom of the email and is labelled "View Your Subscription". You can click on this link to disable the renewal of your subscription.

Method 2: Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] for assistance in cancelling your service in a timely manner.

3. Why does the program prompt for the correct registration information?

If you receive the following prompt when registering AVCLabs PhotoPro AI: "The registration information must be entered exactly as they appear in your confirmation email. ", then there are two possibilities.

A: The email or license you entered is incorrect. Please check whether you have used uppercase or lowercase letters incorrectly or added spaces.

B: Because you registered and logged in on multiple devices, the registration code became invalid. Please contact us to clear your registration information so that you can log in to AVCLabs PhotoPro AI normally.

4. Why is my license code invalid or expired after renewal?

After each order is automatically renewed, you will receive a new license and the original registration code will become invalid. You need to use the new registration code to register.

If you have not received your new license, please feel free to contact our support team via email [email protected] and we will assist you as soon as possible.

5. Can I keep using the program once canceled the auto-renewal?

You will continue to have access to the full version of the program, until the billing cycle ends. To check the expiration date, please navigate to the registration window within the program.

After the subscription expires, the program will revert to the free trial version. If you wish to continue using the full version, you will need to make a new purchase.

6. The actual price is different from the price displayed in website, why?

All programs are priced in US dollars. You may be required to pay value-added tax or other taxes, depending on your country.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the current real-time price, which may differ from the initial purchase price. Please note that promotions may sometimes be available. If you purchase the program at a discounted price, please be aware that the discount only applies to the initial purchase. Subsequent renewals will be charged at the regular price displayed on our website.

7. Can I change or upgrade the subscription plan?

Currently, it's only possible to switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription directly within the same software. If you wish to upgrade your subscription to an annual plan, please contact us at [email protected]. We would be happy to assist you promptly with any necessary changes.

The remaining unused days of your current subscription will be calculated and converted into a remaining balance. This balance will then be deducted from the cost of the new subscription, and if applicable, you will need to pay any remaining balance. Once the subscription change is confirmed, you'll need to pay the price difference and receive a new license on the same day to activate the program.

Note: This option is not available for upgrading from a monthly or annual plan to a permanent plan. If you wish to have permanent access to our program after a period of use, you will need to purchase an additional permanent plan.
