Lifetime License Products: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any PhotoPro AI product with a lifetime license, starting from the date of purchase.
Subscription-Based Products: For PhotoPro AI subscription products, including 1-month and 12-month subscriptions, a 5-day money-back guarantee applies from the time of payment.
Automatic Renewal
Automatic renewal is enabled by default for your convenience but can be disabled at any time. After your purchase, you will receive an email with your license details and a cancellation link to disable automatic renewal. Should you wish to stop the renewal, simply follow the link provided.
Accepted Circumstances for Refunds
We will process refunds under the following conditions:
- Mistaken Product Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the wrong product and correct this within the refund period by acquiring the correct product, we will refund the price of the incorrect product.
- Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental double payments for the same product or the purchase of two similar products, we can refund the duplicated purchase or exchange one for another during the refund period.
